Very tragic news that saddens my heart so much - British soulful singer Amy Winehouse (age 27), winner of one BRIT award, five Grammys, and one World Music award, was found dead at her house in Camdem (London) today (July 23rd) - The cause of death is still unknown, but the news was first announced by SkyNews and the Associated Press and eventually fully confirmed by the local police.

The talented singer suffered from alcohol and drugs problems. She had recently 'completed' a rehab programme (In my opinion, so disgraceful they would let her leave when she was obviously not fully recovered), before embarking this year into a series of summer concerts, which she had to cancel after a disastrous kick-off in Belgrado, Serbia where fans booed her for being obviously intoxicated. 

This loss will mark hugely the music industry. Amy Winhouse was a fantastic musician, artist and singer. Her second album "Rehab" will be remembered as one the best records EVER. For that reason, it won five Grammys in 2008. That award show left us what could have been one of her last top notch live performances.
